Welcome to EireKnP, our newly renovated couple’s cabin. We look forward to sharing our little bit of paradise with you.
Nestled in the Canadian Shield on the Mississippi River in North Frontenac, we are one hour from Ottawa and Kingston, and three hours from Toronto. We are five minutes from the K&P Trail (for nature walks, ATVing and sledding) and the Snow Road Snowmobile Club.
The cabin offers a Queen size Murphy Bed, a 3-piece bathroom, and kitchen/dining/living area with a Smart TV. We provide Wi-Fi access. Rogers Cellular serves this area.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen will meet all your meal preparation and cooking requirements. There is also a new BBQ on the deck.
Dining Room
The Dining Room is perfectly situated for you to enjoy the surrounding views of nature. Enjoy the warmth of the cozy wood stove.
Living Room/Bedroom
The living room has two comfortable swivel chairs with rocking ottomans. When you roll the chairs out of the way, there is a Queen size Murphy Bed flanked by a closet with drawers underneath, and a large bookcase. We have provided some books and games for your use. A Smart TV and Wi-Fi is available to stream your favorite movie or listen to music.
The Loo
Our new 3-piece loo includes a vanity, shower, and toilet.
The Deck
Our new deck includes new patio furniture and a new BBQ.
Waterfront
We have 465′ of waterfront, which includes a dock with a 12×16′ platform with two deck chairs. You can go swimming right off the dock ladder. You have use of a two-person paddle boat. Bring your kayak or canoe: the river is perfect for such activities. We also have a 14′ aluminum boat with a 9.9 HP gas motor and an electric trolling motor that is available to rent for $75/daily, $125/weekend, or $300 weekly (gas included). Boater’s licence required. We also have a 10×12′ timber frame pergola that provides you with shaded waterfront seating.

- Living room has two swivel recliners with rocking ottomans, plus 32” Smart TV, Wi-Fi included
- Efficient kitchen with appliances including fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, tea kettle, Single Cup Drip Coffee Maker, Single Cup Keurig Coffee Maker, pots and pans, cooking utensils, knife block, dishes and glassware, flatware, kitchen towels, dish soap; we supply salt and pepper, condiments, and olive oil; you bring the rest
- Dining Room has table and two chairs
- In the bathroom, we supply hair dryer, hand soap, bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths, plus two beach towels; bring your own shampoo, body wash etc
- Air Conditioning and Electric Heat, as well as a wood stove (firewood provided)
- All windows have new blinds for privacy
- New 200 sq ft deck with deck furniture and deck box for guest use
- Games, playing cards, books available for guest use

- Parking for you and your boat or sled trailer

Groceries, supplies, LCBO and Beer Store etc. is a short drive away in Perth or Sharbot Lake. Laundry available in Perth.Exclusions
